In line with the client goal of strengthening their international presence and migrating their existing Wix site to Shopify, we rebuilt the e-commerce platform with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.
To ensure a seamless experience for global users, we implemented Japanese-English multilingual support and multi-currency functionality, enabling automatic switching to the most suitable language and currency based on the visitor’s region.

By setting Shopify Markets functionality, we customized the store to allow region-specific pricing.
This makes it possible to respond flexibly to exchange-rate fluctuations and regional sales strategies, thereby strengthening the sales framework for international customers.

The overall site design preserves the existing brand identity while enhancing clarity, usability, and e-commerce-optimized visual structure.

In terms of navigation, we developed a custom hover-activated mega menu that expands when the user hovers over the menu, improving usability and clarifying the purchase flow.
