The client’s company operates in Singapore and Johor Bahru, Malaysia, primarily focusing on real estate rental and sales brokerage services.
We designed the website as a simple yet reliable corporate site, prioritizing clarity and trustworthiness.

The overall design of the website follows the client’s request, featuring a color scheme inspired by the Singaporean flag—mainly white and red.
We also carefully selected images showcasing Singapore’s cityscape to reflect the atmosphere of the country where the business is based.

On the Contract Process page, we visually represent the steps using a single vertical line connecting each stage.
This design enhances the sense of continuity while making it easy to distinguish between different steps.

Additionally, as users scroll through the page, the text smoothly transitions from semi-transparent to black through an animated effect.
